The Addison’s Grand Opening Celebration Kicks off Sales in Style

The Addison was abuzz on Sunday, August 29 with a special Grand Opening Celebration marking the official launch of residential sales. The invitation-only event featured model home tours, live music, BeeHome honey tastings and a hive viewing by Alvéole, special Melrose-area treats from Alfred Coffee & Tea, delicious macarons from Bottega Louie and fresh brick oven pizza made on-site.

Attendees took in sweeping Hollywood Hills views from the residences’ roof terraces, toasted with refreshing cocktails and mocktails, snapped pics in the photo booth and shared them to social media.

“The Grand Opening Celebration was just that—a true celebration of The Addison and all that it has to offer residents,” said Bree Long, SVP of Sales & Marketing at etco Homes. “We had such incredible feedback about the design of The Addison’s townhomes, with many attendees remarking on their spaciousness and—of course—their amazing location on North Corft Avenue, just steps from Melrose Place and around the corner from the Melrose Place Farmers Market.”
